Fortunately for all of us, we don't have such extravagant choices. We should enjoy our lives to the fullest and leave the best possible impressions while we are alive. When and how we will go when the time comes are essentially irrelevant. Morbid thoughts like that make you not make the best of what you've got and live your life to the fullest. I doubt that anyone who cares about the here and now even gives dying a second thought. My fate at the end of my journey shall be decided by the forces that rule our destinies.

I would choose to die defending my family from an evil guy. We struggle and fight, and I kill him as he kills me. It would be a death of anger, violence, and fear, but I would be dying proud, with the knowledge that I had saved the people most dear to me.

I would like to die saving someone else...either giving them my blood, or getting shot trying to protect them, or getting the death penalty because I disobeyed the law to save their life, etc.
