Nothing, just because you dont cry does'nt mean you are not feeling any emotion or grief, people handle situations and grieving in different ways so I would'nt be concerned if I were you.

Perhaps you experienced difficult events in your past and you learned to block out your feelings. It's possible you may also have blocked the memory of the events. You could read some psychology books. One I'd recommend is called Toxic Parents. It has a list of symptoms common to people who have experienced abuse. If you can relate to those symptoms, a good counselor can help you deal with problems from your past. It's good to deal with this sooner than later.
Or maybe you were just taught at an early age not to cry. It might be perfectly ok. After all, crying stuffs up your sinuses and makes your eyes all puffy. On the other hand, from a biological standpoint it is healthy to cry. When you cry from sadness you shed toxins through your tears.

Some people just handle things differently. As long as you are dealing with your grief, you should be fine. Phisically crying may help some people feel better, but not everyone is alike. If you feel like not crying is stopping you from grieving properly or dealing with problems, then maybe you sould talk to a professional about it. But most likely, you are just fine.

Different people express sorrow in there own way,so don't worry. While many people cry and sob, many others cry from the inside.Maybe you've been through so many hard times saying,"be strong, don't cry!," That you feel you need to do that at these times. So most likely nothings wrong with you,you are just exspressing pain in your own way.

Everyone deals with emotions differently. If you don't cry but feel that you deal with your problems appropriately then I would not worry about it.
However, if you feel that you are truly not feeling the sad emotions and are just distracting yourself and not dealing with it than you may want to seek counseling.
