I feel overwhelmed. All I can do is think-- think about things that have never really tweaked even the slightest intrest to me. Like life, time, and death. I'm only 13... and it's all I've been thinking about. Not boys, happiness and all that stuff... but things that never came to mind before. How can I occupy my mind to something else? It keeps me up at night, wondering if I could die the next day or if the world would just stop turning. And everything I do, no matter what just seems to take the back burner to what I think of. Is it possible for me to find something easier to think about?

Let's say you live with a spouse who seems to always twist your words around, or starts arguements but makes it seem like you are the one with a problem and are the one who started it. This doesn't happen daily, but at least a few times per week. I'm often just left upset, angry and dumbfounded about the whole thing usually.
What (if any) psycological effects would this have on me in the long run??
And what's his deal??

Thomas Hobbes, the 17th cen english philosopher, believed that people living without a state machinery to control them will create a ''state of nature'' where their natural instincts towards self-preservation will make all of their lives ''nasty, brutish and short''. In his monumental work ''Leviathan'' Hobbes described this over-arching instinct as 'felicity', this involved a continous achievement of successes. Hobbes further claimed that as this world is one of limited resources, the unsatiable appetite for success of the individual will inevitably lead to a state of poverty. Coupled with his belief that all people are imbued with relatively equal abilities and strengths, the state of nature will be one of continous struggle of man vs. man. For this reason Hobbes concluded that people need to be governed by a strong authoritarian state to control their urges. Is this true is man in possesion of this Feilicity?

I am very upsect because I am day dreaming about episode III and I been crying for Anakin who is my #1 Favorite Jedi!!! I have nothing to do but sit here and cry all night for my #1 favroite jedi. I am a star wars fan and I am a 16 year old girl. I am a big cry baby. please don't make fun of me because I cry too much every day for Anakin and I have a crush on Anakin since episode 2. What should I do? I am too scared to watch episode 3 for the third time by my self. I need someone to be my friend and my email is jedisara29@yahoo.com and we can talk about star wars and we also can talk about ways to keep me calm while I am watching epsiode III. I am a Jedi Knight who is about to turn to the dark force. I love Star Wars and Anakin but I can't handle episode III. I think Star Wars is real! I need something to do to keep me calm while I am watching Star Wars. I need a picture of Anakin sent to my email adress so I will forget the bad parts in episode 3. Peace, jedisara29

If 2 people are in love, and one dies, the one who lives loves someone else, what happens to the one who died? They will be alone then, since the one who lived found somone else? And if, if the onewho lived didn't truly LOVE the person they chose to be with after their love died, then what happens to the person who was with the person who lived? They will be alone? So, moral of the story is....why be with someone else when your true love dies? Someone will get hurt...for eternity, no?

Here is a situation that has happened to me today. Although I already know what I am going to do, I thought I'd share it here, for the fun of reading others' opinions and giving them some points.
You have ordered $50.00 worth of merchandise from a catalog, plus you've selected a free gift awarded to anyone who orders $50 or more. After weeks of waiting, Mr. Postman delivers your package... but to your surprise, there are TWO packages! They both contain the exact same items. You know you were not charged twice, because you had paid with a money order. If you send the second package back, you will have to pay for the shipping out of your own pocket money. What DO you do?

Which of these 3 superpowers would you want?
1. You could fly, but only as fast and as far as you can walk.
2. You could stop or reverse time, but for only one minute.
3. You can turn invisible, but only for as long as you can hold your breath.

You can repeat each superpower as needed...(i.e. after resting, you can hold you breath again to turn invisible)

Lonely & Depressed thats what my life is about. 4 weeks ago I met a wonderful compasionate caring and loving man. There's only one obstacle ... he is married, I respect that fact and enjoy every minute with him, not expecting anything lasting, I know our relationship will eventually come to an end and I accept it, is there anything wrong with that?

If you didn't have a Father or you had a terrible one, I know that feeling, I know the feeling of having that missing piece in your life. Mine was an abusive drunk beyond belief. If that is you then I'd like to share what I have learned with you. You can be the parent we never got, you can give them what we never recieved. You give them what we all wanted so badly..we all ready know what to give..it's exactly what we wanted in a father. I know the fear of being a parent...don't let that stop you...I have 3 wonderful children that I adore and just bathed in love every day of their lives...they are all grown now. I never allowed a day to go by without a hug and made them feel extremely valued and loved..love lavishly without hesitation.
Give them what WE wanted. Yes bad things happened to us..but that's not the question...it's what is our reaction to this...chose LOVE!

Do you agree?
