It's the best feeling to let others know you are more than what they expect of you. It's the wonderful feeling when you know you reserve a place in people's eyes. It's the awesome feeling when you realize that you would never be underestimated again. That's why pride exists.

I love to prove people wrong, especially the people who consider themselves smarter and wiser just because they are older.

Expect the impossibility.

Yes, absolutely. I mention that in my 360.
I like to do things people tell me can't be done. It actually makes things easier and there is no need to work harder. It's not to prove them wrong as much as it is to show them that anything is possible.

It depends on the situation in which they telling you it cant be done, if its to your logic that i is possible to do then yes it does make you work harder to prove to them that it is possible and can be done, however if its in a situation where its logic that it cant be done then it could make u accept defeat and not work any harder than current to prove them wrong.

It depends on several factors.

First is your level of self-efficacy. This refers to how much you believe in your own abilities.

Second is your motivation style. If you have high self-regulation, then you will strive harder simply because you've been told that you could do better than your present performance.

There are many other factors to consider and generally the answer would be yes but of course, like most things on this life, there are exceptions.

Yes. I've been told all my life that I can't do this or that or the other. If I didn't have that attitude I wouldn't have even made it through high school.

So yes; I usually consider it a personal insult and prove them wrong.

You know... I have learned to set my standards lower over the years. I am not about proving others wrong anymore. I like to embrace my fellow man in his shallow pool of ignorance and get away with as little hard work as possible. Hard work never killed anyone, but why chance it?

I've alway done the opposite of what others tell me to do. If they say I can't then I do. It sets an example of what I am made of and that they can't keep a good gal down for long. Those who say I can't are the one's that watch the one who can.

Only if I think I can make it happen. If I agree that something can't be done then no.

Definitely so, for one thing, you don't want to be ignominous. For instance, you want to show them that you don't quit and you have that ability to climb up the peak and reach it's zenith.
