If your connected in thought. Meaning you and the other know each other enough that you can feel and know what the other will do and say.
I can pass people or come up to someone and know exactly what they are thinking. I sometimes hear what they are thinking and My mind thinks that they spoke the words and I react before they say it. It totally freaks them out.

According to science, no. According to esoteric traditions, yes. Take your pick. If you choose science you can always retract yourself and choose a path of better development. If you choose, esoteric wisdom, then get ready for a wonderful, if highly mysterious, train ride. Whatever you do, you gotta believe in order to perceive the world as cohesive. Without some form of belief in your perceptions, the ones you have or COULD have, you'd rarely trust what you perceive in a uniform way.

Patently.. I think for one reason, that's why the internet has emoticons! Besides, in actuality, we can sure send out thoughts and/or emotions out to people by showing them how to feel. Rendering moods like anger, felicity, etc. Thoughts? I think when we imply what we think is when we're sending thoughts to people. It's no ability, it's sensory.

Some people (though not likely) can send messages to each other through their minds. This usually occours through twins. If you are a twin you are likely to be able to, otherwise, you have a very slight chance. I would ask a psycoligist if you think you are able to do that. Maybe they can give you an exact answer.

Only after I have spent lots of time with a particular person..
Like for example when waiting for that person to call, I'll think about them really hard, and sure enough few minutes later the phone rings, its werid when it happens.

I am very good at 'reading' others. I can usually sense what their emotion is or thought. I find that to be one of my favorite qualities. I
m very sensitive to others.

sometimes when i dont like my sisters i use to send negative energy to them and watch them as they spontaniously get up to try and move from it then they lay down cause of the drain that dark energy can have. i dont do that anymore but i found that yes i can send out powerful positive energy to people i like this one the best.

If you mean as in some type of esp, then the human brain is not that well developed.
But body language can be very strong, and if you can control it and read it well then it is of great help.
