I think i have a problem of worrying too much about how other people feel and how they are affected by my decisions. I know it is good to try and not hurt people but i often find myself feeling guilty that i have really hurt someone when i make a decision, in certain cases.

For example, i am going away to college soon and i feel bad that my family is going to have to deal with me moving out. I have no other choice but to move away(or not go to school at all) and yet i feel bad. Another example is with my job. I took a job a few weeks ago at a large retail store and i told my boss that i was going to be around in the fall, however, i am really going to quit in a few weeks. For some reason i feel really bad about it. It won't really affect him in any way and yet i feel bad.

Is this normal or is there something that i should do?

this is really weird, we're just friends and I don't think I wanna be more than friends with him but why do I remember him every two seconds he's on my mind all the time, when I drive, when I shop, when I watch TV and even when I'm studying, what the hell is wrong with me? I know it's not love or a crush or anything but I don't know why this is happeneing with me, it's been almost a year now that I'm having this sort of stuff.
does that mean he's thinking of me as well? can you tell me what is that?

i don't really belive in the big bang, i beilve that god spoke let it be, and it was, the point is that umm.. well no matter wut (what don't type all that) ( there is a feather pokin' out of your pillow) (i know, it does that, it is anoyin') (hey the big bang, remember?) Through a tough time of manic experiences and anxiety related breakdowns my seperated girlfriend after much thought offered her support saying she wanted to be there for me - subsequently she has shown annoyance at my appeals of which there was one in a month since that date - the one resulted in me needing to call her 5 days after she had left on holiday with what used to be one of my male friends who has since become a soul mate of hers nothing more - in the desperate situation of having an attack I contacted them both by sms and requested a number to all on describing in detail that I did not want to experience that feeling again the response was well in fact there was no reponse other than what is so important that you wish to talk and i will call in 3 days from London , this resulted me in calling his cell phone as it was switched on - several attempts were made and even sms sent to notify i was calling the result of the non response plunged me into a terrible attack what can i do
