just go on through the day and try to not sing it aloud, singing it aloud rewinds it and plays it over and over in ur head or just think of as many books(movies, friends, family, games, or anything other than music) as u can and u might forget.

Think of another song? Talk to a friend, hell talk to me! Anyone honestly. Just to get your mind onto something else.

A bullet is the easiest way. I definitely do NOT recommend that option though! I was just trying to get a laugh.

Anyway...try counting to one hundred, drawing each number in your "mind's eye" as you speak/think them.

Listen to is over and over and you'll eventually get tired of it. That's what I do.
