Most of the porn on the net I have seen has the same formula - it a power thing. The women are called really horrible names, the tone school boyish, it an expression of male sexuality..

So here the thing - does porn change the way men view normal women? Do men just see women in porn scene terms?

It seems lots of women want to do it - but if power can be defined as something a person does (even if they CHOOSE to) that they would not otherwise have done.. then would they have chosen to do had they not grown up in a culture which was overtly sexual, patriarchal and one in which women want to please men?

Women in a bar want to be the alpha female - that means the one that is prettiest or that has most male attention.. hence why ya hear the old 'I would rather work with men..women are too bitchy' comment over and over

It seems though that slide of hand has meant women arent chained to the kitchen sink any more but the bathroom one instead..all to attain and retain a man

What I don't understand is this....everytime I get a girlfriend I end up with obsessed psychos, that stalk me and don't want to leaveme alone. Like right now for example I'm going out with a beautiful girl...we'll call her destiny...I mean she is a dime piece, but she's to jealous. I tried breaking up with her three weeks ago because i couldn't take it anymore and she came into my house while i was at work and called the police saying i threaten to beat her. she told me if she ever sees me with another women she'll make my life a living hell. I called the cops but to no avail, she calls my job, shows up unanounce and sometimes sits on front of my house for long periods of time. I'm in desperate need of some good advice..PLEASE SOME ONE HELP!

If you where stuck being with someone you really don't love, but don't want to hurt their feelings by just breaking up, what are other ways to go about it .....that will not hurt them....and that they wont threaten to kill themselves?

why human being are so affraid of loosing and so happy of gaining ? no matter what it is. Pople got job, wao ! got girlfriend, wao ! got married, wao ! lost job, lost girlfriend, sad ! why! why! why!

I'm going in a few months for an anxiety assessment becuase I am believed to have General Anxiety Disorder. I want to write in a journal everytime (in my case everydy) about when I get anxious, for how long, and what, if anything, for.

Is there anything else I should take note of.

I'd like to see how many people can get reported for abuse when the questioner is asking for abuse......Seriously give it up...If your reported you still get to play with the other kids and it doesn't ruin your chance for running for city government.

my first love was someone i met in my last yr of college--age 21
and lost my virginity. We had a passionate relationship--emotionally very intense and romantic. He and i broke up because his parents were prejudiced (He is White & I'm asian) and never supported us. We were still young. He finished medical school and moved away and married someone white, 10 years younger and that is the end of the story. I've never ever had the sort of emotional connection again. i'm married and have children and i still have dreams about him. i know he has moved on, but now and then i wonder if he ever thinks of me--or am i just a romantic fool @ heart. i probably know the answer. i hope he is happy--i am, but i still wonder if he has fond memories like i do.

I distribute them to those in need. unless of course, i have to go to a political meeting, and then i wear them on my head. did you know that llamas eat phonebook pages? i reported my neighbor for feeding their llama a phonebook that i gave them. whoo-hoo!

I need everyones' opinion. THere is this really sweet lady in my college class. She's the smartest in the class, probably and these girls and one guy continually talk bad about her behind her back (for no good reason -- she goes out of her way to be nice to everyone )and are as nice as can be to her face. It makes me so mad and I have defended her and gotten into with them the last two class periods. If it were me I would want to know who to trust and who not to trust, but I don't want to make her uncomfortable at school or upset her before finals this week. I feel strongly that I want to tell her though. It disgusts me to see them be nice to her face when they talk s... about her so much. Would you rather know or not know? This sound immature (and it is!) but it is bothering me, badly.
