I looked in my mailbox the other day, and there were checks supposed to be delivered to my neighbors. Can I pay my bills with the checks?

Crazy - now days you can do anything with all this identity theft going on!
Not to give out information, but they go as far as to take tape put across your name and lift it....
As for this reason I do not put my mail in the mail box. Either I bring to post office, or hand it directly to mail man!

i am into jokes but this is too far. This is against the law. So, i wouldn't even make a joke about it.. a cat is one thing, but someone's mail is another. you will get the feds after you!!! naughty naughty boy

no bcoz the cheques will have your neighbours name on it and therefore you won't be able to put it in your account. and thats not very nice by the way. what happened to 'love thy neighbour'?
