anh23059- you are talking out of your a** - I have a psychology degree and can tell you know squat about this topic - people with depression cannot control how they feel and are not being selfish.

If you are joking, then it hurts the feelings of someone who knows what it is like to feel helpless and has tried this. You will put yourself and those who love you through a lot of pain. There are meds and therapies that can work wonders and help you get a better life.
Nat- Edit- How do you know this person is kidding? What is your education, because I was taught not to take these things lightly.

quite a few people now are suicidal.....u might not know it but ur bestfriend could be one too....people who are suicidal are realli selfish....cuz they onli think that they live in a bad world or something or that something is unfair to them....but realize that all around the world....there are people jst like them not only that but maybe 10 times worst or 100 times worst....but in the end when they keep fighting to live....they win....those people are those who u want to follow not the idiot who did osmething to kill themselves and lived to be laughed at by society....think the people around u...ther are those who love u more then anyhting does not seem soo.....but u will see one day that there is people like that who u kno loves u greatly....so don't die for urselves....live for others.....btw if ur not that kind of person i'ma sorry but if u do know osmeone who's like that tell them that u love them.....that they should live for u if they love u.....

i never got around to it i got therapy before anything bad happened.
