help. i think my sister is mentally ill. I'm not sure if i'm being extreme calling her that. She prays every 15 minutes. She believes people are reading her mind. I catch a lot of the time talking to herself and making facial expressions for no reason. She asks me not to stand in a particular part of her room. what am i supposed to do?

Do you think there really is a connection between the full moon and people acting, or driving nuts? Could it be some kind of imbalance mentally, or just mere coincidence?

I saw this quote - I don't promise it is word perfect - in an old copy of a serious weekly magazine. It addressed an issue which is of practical concern to me, so I would like to know what you think.

I was on a packed full elevator. This dirty old man was in there and farted big time when the door closed.....I mean he really let it rip.

When the door opened, everyone got off and left him standing in there. Some of the people was just looking at him. As the door closed he farted again......... Any commits?

Working like an anticlockwise spiral, should you look after your mind, body, your personal interests, your family, your friends/community, your local area, your country, etc or other way round in clockwise spiral?

Considering you go up in one direction (anti-clockwise spiral) and down (clockwise spiral)? Any intesting thoughts/comments/ observations?

Lets say a child doesn't get the proper guidance and nurturing during the developing stages in life topped with intense physical trauma at an early age, how could he/she go about undoing the damage. I.E. low self esteem, confidence , self image, . Lack of lust for life. Inability to make solid connections with other poeple to make and maintain healthy friendships and relationships.

I have had my license for a year now and am too scared to drive a lot. Most of my friends are confident, perhaps even overconfident when it comes to driving. They have 'proudly' gotten speeding tickets, and do a lot of car hoon activities. Unlike them, i get terribly nervous when im at the wheel . Its not that im afraid of getting into an accident, im scared ill do something stupid and inconvenience a whole bunch of ppl when i cause a bottleneck on the roads. The idea of being the target of major honking makes me feel ill. Any advice would be very appreciated.

Thanks guys

Before I started dating I used to be Captain Pimp of the Player Squad. I was 15 and had girls in their early 20's telling me how they will date me when Im 21. Even girls my own age were crazy about me. Then I started dating and got hurt a couple of times, but now I know better not to do the things I did that messed them up. But now Im not the outgoing person I used to be (I think because of past relationships) and it's hard to talk to girls. How can I change this? I want to move on and meet other people but for some reason Im having serious trouble.

Is our current lifestyle all about reactions, rather planning, thinking about certain things in life? For example, when we are stress, we may over eat, react to it by being angry at others, do some other crazy things, rather to take moment why are we stress in the first place - our eat habits, lack organisations, is emotion giving us message for us to change.
