Try not to be offended and you'll find that you don't get angry if you succeed at that. Listen to your woman when she's got something to say, it's amazing what they come out with that going to impact you like a meteorite if your zoning. Finally, it's your life; do what you want but remember that you've got to live it with everyone else; you dig? Good luck young person, I accept and acknowledge that your the future, here right now; go get em tiger!

There are so many things in life I wish I had known when I was 20 it's almost impossible to list them. I often think if it were only possible to go back in time to that age and know what I know now how life would be for me. Maybe that's natural to think that as we get older. I personally think that life's lessons are best learned on your own. They seem to make much more sense to you when you experience them yourself and realize what life has just taught you. I think your probably a pretty smart person already to even come up with a question like this, it's not something you expect to hear from a typical 20 year old these days. My best advice to you is this.........take life as it comes at you, and never ever forget to stop and smell the roses along the way.

i'm no longer even on the fringe of 40 yet, yet I easily have lengthy discovered one lesson which maximum 20-twelve months-olds ought to truly income by... take a summer season to locate who you're, the position you stand on issues. i do not propose connect the circus and boost a beard or something, purely sit with a good pal and communicate about issues. moral and moral topics, debatable matters, faith, politics, what ifs, something and each and every thing. %. roles and debate all of it out. make certain what you've faith and why you've faith it... and do not overlook the why, it is the most important area. once you recognize the position you stand, you'll locate that all and sundry those horribly puzzling existence possibilities you would possibly want to make will be extra attainable, you gained't be aggravating over each and every hard selection, and contained in the top you're able to have plenty fewer regrets. understanding the position you stand will make it extra attainable to be straightforward, genuine, respectful of others and your self. you're far a lot less in all probability to betray your concepts in case you recognize what they're and why they're significant. one know caution, though... under no circumstances get so set on your way that once confronted with new information you won't be able to re-examine the issue. re-examine your self specially cases, purely to verify you nevertheless understand who you're, by going decrease back to a similar discussions. for most extra particular special solid existence classes, pay interest to "everyone's free (to placed on sunscreen)".

Get a solid employment resume. Pay your taxes on time, see an accountant if you have to to do it right. If you can, buy real estate as early as possible but get a fixed rate loan, not a flexible because rate increases can kill you. Stay out of the sun. Exercise regularly, every day. Do not smoke and you don't have anything to gain by drinking, either. Get a physical at recommended intervals to detect problems while they are easier to deal with.

That's really a good question, but the answer is tough. The 40 yr old has lived 2x as long as you and the 80yr old 4x as long as you. They have had experiences similiar to some you may encounter in your future. Just listening to stories of their lives can entertain you as well as teach you. For instance, they may have children who have used drugs or they may have used them themselves. If you know of these experiences, you will know better what you want to do in your own life.
They may have had great successes or great failures. Just listening to the stories will give you insight of the choices you want to make for your future.
Older people are of great value in any society. But I am biased, since I am 50.

at 43, I'd say don't squander your youth. Weigh out everything in your mind before you act or react. Assume you'll live to 80 and plan for that day. Have fun, but not at anothers expense.
and finally, don't let differences break up a family relationship.
Now, get moving!

you could probably learn from anyone, if you just take the time to listen. For a child's imagination is wilder then your own, and your elders have had more experience, and those your age could have gone through more than you have.

Two things...
First, remember that youre only as good as your word is. Honour is everything.
Secondly, dont pick up another persons baggage..You'll find you have enough to carry of your own as time goes by. I hope this helps...Ny grandpa passed these words of wisdom to me and theyve been good words to live by for me...Now, something from me....Be happy...life is wayyyyyyyyy too short to waste it being miserable. ((((hugs)))
