Yes, I have.

Awhile ago my sister was in this "Elvis Presley" kick. And she would keep standing on chairs, putting her hands on her hips and yelling, "I'm Elvis Presley, and I died on the potty!"

So one day during an assembly we were all being told that a whole family had died, and I got a text from my sister it read: I DIED ON THE POTTY!

And I cracked up so bad that the teacher told me to leave.

OMG yes! I wanted to crawl after the fact.
My father chose to die at home, he had cancer, I stayed with him while my mother slept in the spare bedroom, she just couldn't handle his death. There was a hospise nurse there and 2 friends of the family. My father was a very BIG man...6 foot 6 inches and at least 400+lbs. After he passed on 2 men from the funeral parlor came to pick up his body, They weren't very big men. They were struggling to get him out and when they were taking him down the porch steps, they dropped the gurney, luckly they caught it before it went all the way down. I guess I was extremley nervous (I did love my father) but the site of these 2 men trying to get him out just sent me into a fit of laughter. The room went silent and everyone just stared at me. That was the most embarrassing moment of my life.

Yes, one time in church. My husband to be asked a question about the priest's role, and I simply couldn''t stop laughing. I think people laugh at inappropriate times to cover up nervousness.

Me and my wife were arguing about the fact that she thought that I was cheating, and then I thought of something really funny and started laughing. She was so p!$$ed, she was like are you even taking this seriously. I didn't think I was going to make it after that one but things blew over a couple of hours later.

Yes, I was trying to listen to a lady who was talking to me and I could not understand her well so I was using social cues from her as to how I should react. Well i read her cues wrong, one minute she was smiling and i laughed then I finally understood it was about a husbands death. I felt really bad!

Depends. I thought it was appropriate to laugh, but the others did not. It was a situation in which they thought they were the cat's meow, but their cat came back to scratch them.
