It sounds like she cares about you and wants to help you, but she doesn't really know how. When you're in a relationship and one of you is sick, physically or mentally, it can be very stressful on the other person. Talk to her about it.

You know you need to work out more and get going! At something! Get your body in gear! Do you need medication? Are you working with this problem with someone besides your girl friend? She has never lived or worker with this problem before and thinks you are lazy! She is going to leave you in time! Hope you don't have kids! With a depressive disorder you are depressed- she does not like it and want you to be the person she want, not going to happen this week!

Maybe your girlfriend is the cause of your depression. If not, you might consider that her reactions to you are from stress and frustration about your emotional state. Maybe some literature to help her understand might help. Maybe the two of you should meet again later in life.
