There are , according to Answers, some 5,407 listings of a similar nature, yet the question is, in it's own right, listed as having never before been asked: "Sorry, no results..."
Seems strange that no one has ever bothered to ask Your thoughts on the subject. So here is Your chance to give Me (All of Us) a definitive answer that may be cited by others.

Given a choice of toys, girls will often go for the doll, or toy furniture. Do you feminists resent this?

and using other excuses for kids and themselves such as "it is only natural" or "it is only human" or "mistakes happen" for lack of self control and negligible behavior?

do you think they give excuses like that for their children's irresponsible behavior and are ok with it if they do get into drugs, sex or alchol during their teenage years eventually?

is that why kids easily nowadays get into drugs, alcohol and sex (become skanks, sluts and man whores) at their early teens since they are not reprimanded when they are young and think they can get away with it ?

is this a pattern of parents screwin up themselves at their young age and just ok with it when their children do it instead of standing up and stopping it?

They probably have shared their body with a good dozen of other men and they will never give us the same authority over them as they give to their bosses at work... They dont even want to raise kids. My parents have been pressuring me lately to get married and settle down and when I tell them the above they just get upset. Give me some reasons why you think there is still some value for men in a marriage...

Currently, despite all the strides made in the last hundred years to bring gender equality to our laws, only young men turning 18 are required to register for the selective service. In the event a draft is reinstated, would you advocate having it include women, and if so, should there be any limitations on whether women fight in combat?

I just saw a news report about how women want to get their lips to look like Angelina Jolie's. So they use something called a lip plumper.

Don't you feel your efforts are wasted when you hear that most women are concerned with something so frivolous? The female newscaster sounded so giddy about lip plumpers!

There is this really imature girl I had a crush on my last year of college. We spent a lot of time together and she seemed really interested... until I tried to kiss her. She told me she wasn't ready for a relationship. I was shocked. After that we had an argument and stopped talking for 4 months.

Now she is contacting me to "hang out".. however when I returned her call she didn't aswwer and still has not called back. (she used to do this before too whenever she got anger at me).

Is it safe to say she is just playing games or is she doing this because she is interested and not sure how to handle it?

I'm very confused.

I ask here because Dating section has too many teenagers and kids.. I need mature answers.

I went shopping for a pair of business shoes yesterday and found myself despising the choices. All of them were open toed, shiny white or black styles with heels that seriously could poke out not only your eyes, but also your brains from your nose. The Egyptians would have found them useful. What I really longed for was a sturdy pair of school lace-up shoes. The shop assistant thought I was crazy. I left without buying.

I’ve never touched makeup. I’ll probably poison myself if I tried putting on lipstick. I have only two sets of social clothing – black polo shirt with khaki shorts or white top and white shorts. I only have two pairs of shoes – sneakers and flat black shoes for work.

I hate shopping. I’ve only noticed department stores for two reasons: once when the Hobart Myer store was on fire (literally) or when it has air-conditioning.

I argue I prefer practicality over appearance. What makes me a woman? Is there a particular group I belong to or be classified as?

I m seeing this girl now... she seems to be somewhat bainwashed into being competitive, aggressive, and conflictive.. I really dont do well with women who criticize, control, or complain (the 3 c's)... but I do like her and think about one day bringing her back on the right track... Is it possible or am I dealing with the milk that has gone sour and there is no way back?

The UPI reported that a new research study found that "Abstinence programs fail to cut HIV risk":
http://www.upi.com/NewsTrack/Health/2007/08/03/abstinence_programs_fail_to_cut_hiv_risk/1220/

Programs that exclusively encourage abstinence from sex do not seem to affect the risk of HIV infection in high-income countries, finds a British review. University of Oxford researchers reviewed 13 trials involving more than 15,000 U.S. youths to assess the effects of abstinence-only programs by measuring self-reported biological & behavioral outcomes such as sexually transmitted infection, pregnancy, frequency of unprotected sex, number of partners and sexual initiation

The results suggest that abstinence-only programs did not increase primary abstinence or secondary abstinence -- decreased incidence & frequency of recent sex, the researchers say. Currently 33 percent of the HIV prevention funds from the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief are used for abstinence-only programs

And if this isn't solely about choice, should this be addressed by professional organizations, like the AMA, or is there a role for government in oversight of medically unnecessary procedures?

Such as :

-men hold doors open
-"ladies first"
-men pay the tab (usually)
-never hit a girl

and etc. I believe in equal rights and a few of the "rules" i just mentioned, but woman should appreciate all rights they already have.
