Feminists never ever lost their femininity.
The media has attempted to portray feminists in this way but that is so untrue.
My women friends are all drop dead gorgeous.
Assertive- yes.

Dont be so threatened by someonewho has confidence and will tell you her views. I am sorry but this is not the fifties. Women have to be stronger and fend for themselves. A woman's role is more than to be a house wife and raise children. Even if they do work, they still have to carry most of the house work and do you really think she will not have any opinions about how things go. Dream on if you want a person who just wants to take care of you. Life is a partnership in this decade. About bringing her back on the right track. Wake up You do not have the only and right idea of how women should be. Be a partner and you will find a great woman.

Dude, I'm surprised she talks to you! You're speaking to her from the '50's or something. Feminists want to be treated as people, not as less than you. That has nothing to do with whether a person is aggressive or competitive. She might be an unpleasant person, but I hang around with lots of feminists who aren't like that.

you should never go into a relationship trying to change the other person, "but I do like her and think about one day bringing her back on the right track..." to quote you above is just like a woman saying that she will train her man to be what she wants when they are married.
Both are equally wrong, you need to find someone that you don't need to change.

so you don't like girls that criticize, control, or complain, but right now you are criticizing the girl you are seeing for not being feminine enough, trying to control her by making her more feminine, and complaining about the whole situation. nice one.
i am a feminist and i have not lost my femininity. essentializing is not cool.

I think you've got a distorted understanding of feminism. Feminists do not aspire to acquire those characteristics we think of as more "male" than "female" -- competitive, aggressive, etc. They don't have hairy underarms or a false set of testicles under their pants. Feminists are like every one else, running the gamit from being laid back to being very aggressive. There is one thing I have noticed, though: In my experience, most feminists have studied more than the average person, and you may be mistaking the fact that she intelligently challenges your ideas as "aggressive."

You hear this about women, how they try to change a guy but it never works. Chick’s that are into women’s studies – feminism are not worth your time. Why try to make a nice pet out of a rattlesnake? It is just too dangerous. It is just like chicks that always pick abusive guys and think they can change them
Why not pick a high quality girl who is not into this highly toxic philosophy? Why not pick someone that will improve your life.

There is always hope for turning her back into a
dish washing , house cleaning, dress wearing,
submissive woman that deep down she really wants to be.

Why is it so important for her to be feminine? Maybe being competitive, aggressive and conflictive is what works for her. Leave the girl alone.
