Hi.

I haven't had a wet dream yet and I'm really nervous of having one!

Should I be?

our massive brain capacities, which have given us (as a collective whole) so much and allowed us to achieve so much, seem to be the same things that allow us to feel such incredible hurt when things go wrong, like relationships breaking down, or death of a loved one. do you think this is an evolutionary weakness that will eventually be wiped out as humanity progresses? I can't imagine a bigger weakness than the inability to control your own emotional stability.

if your worried about doing something and then you dream that you are doing it and you dont feel scared about doing it at all..do you think that is just your brain telling you that you shouldn't be scared and should just go for it..or that your not actually scared of it you just think you are?

...do you ever feel like social interaction is impossible? No matter how hard I try, I cannot be myself...I feel like a different person and I feel like people all think I'm acting so strange. It's probably mostly paranoia, but at the same time, I always wind up saying the STUPIDEST things, and I can't help it! Everything I say to someone comes out weird, and conversations get so awkward. Can anyone relate?!

Well right now, I'm starting off by practicing lucid dreaming, where you realize you're dreaming while sleeping. So I thought, "If you're able to realize you're dreaming, can you control what you dream?" Very often, my dreams are based on things that happened in the daytime before I went to bed. Now I'm debating whether you really CAN control your dreams or not. For example, I would like to dream about flying more often and was wondering whether it really is possible to achieve this. (Please don't bombard me with hateful criticism about how this is a waste of time. I don't care how long it takes me, I've got my whole life ahead of me. I'm only 14.)

Go to your great grandmother and tell her how much
macroeconomics you have learned. She says “These macroeconomists
claim that inflation is falling but when I go to the market every week I see increasing
prices. They don’t know what they are talking about.” Give her an answer, keep in mind that she doesnt know economics, answer simply.

Ok, this just might be the question of the century. Im 16, male, and I have alot of female friends, and I cant stand it when they all call me and dont say a damn thing. Whenever they call me they are normally watching a movie, and I will try for about 10 minutes to start a conversation bring up a good topic, but all they say is "oh" or "haha i know...". Im really tired of it and I need help to find an answer. So basically the question is, why do teen girls call guys and dont say anything? I would really appreciate an honest answer because its waisting my minutes.

why is it that we always choose the non-white descent rather than the white? If your great great grand mother was native american and everyone else in your family was white, wouldn't you claim to be native american? if you are 1/64 african american, but you appear 100% white, why is it that you will choose to be called african american? why is it that on wikipedia one person is half cherokee and half Irish is listed as only native american, while a person who is 1/32 cherokee and the rest american is listed as cherokee? do white people hate being white, and are obsessed with finding non-white roots in their family histories so that they could have a reason to call them selves non-white?
