it's different for everybody roy, i mean what annoys you might not be annoying to me...
so, its subjective... why they are assholes?, lol...thats hard to answer, some just likes to be that way cause they derive satisfaction from annoying others.
I dont know...it can be harmless sometimes.

If I were trying to answer accurately, I would have to say it depends a lot on their mood. Sometimes misery just loves company.

Sometimes people just don't care about anything or anybody..so they act out and say and do things to others to make their own selves feel better
