Ok, I've been having dreams(Sometimes day-dreams when I'm not even sleeping) ever since I was a child of a Gray waving X on a door. And it only happens on doors though, and when it happens, I can't speak. I try to speak, even scream, yet nothing comes out. POSSIBLY a gasp of air, but that's it. And I was recently talking to my friend today and she said she had the same thing happen multiple times, except for hers was red. Could there be any meaning behind this? We've both had a VERY rough childhood, so that might have something to do with it, but I'm not sure. A message back would be appreciated.

I've posted this question under a different account, but
I figure I can get different answers.

I had a dream a couple of days before Christmas.
My 6th grade teacher was subbing for one of my classes.
One minute I wasn't pregnant, the next minute, I walked
into class and I was 7 months pregnant. I couldn't remember
having sex, and I had bunches of bruises all over me.
I was sitting in the class, and my 6th grade teacher was talking,
then suddenly she looks at me. Without blinking. And says,
"It's going to snow on Christmas." then goes back to talking
to the class. A little while later, she does the same thing.
Then I'm trying to find the guy who got me pregnant, and for
some reason I know his name is Spencer. And I'm walking
around, looking for the father and wondering if it's guna
snow.

Anyone have ANY idea what the heck this dream meant!?
Oh,and for future reference, it DID snow on
Christmas. No joke. First time in Washington
state sense 197-something.
And I have never had sex. I am still a virg

When I think about this question I am doubtful that confiding on another person would be the best idea. That's something I tried and still do sometimes. The truth is that people can be coldhearted but they wont show that side of themselves in the beginning. Anyway my brain is programmed to respond by saying something like "I'm fine" or "I just want to be alone". Well I'm not sure how else it can be handled. The last thing I want to do is annoy someone.

Would you be comfortable being honest about your feelings and actually asking for comfort?

i've had the last week off! i'm a social worker at the present time but hope to change my job soon. I'm in a sort of rut with my whole job situation at the moment, want to move into a different line of work - but havn't found anything yet. When I am at work I tend to enjoy it and dont have any worries about it, at all. But right now... I feel so bloody drained. I have not been to work this last week, just over a week - I was meant to be going back tommorow but I called in sick. i'm usualy a very laid back, happyish person who gets on with life but this last two months i've been struck down with the flu TWICE and generaly feel very fed up with life. I previously loved going to work, out, family, friends etc - at the moment I just want to hide away and get by alone. I don't feel depressed - just too tired to carry on. The song 'Chasing Pavements' comes to mind right now.. "Should I give up or should I just keep chasing pavements." I need to shake myself out of this..... But I can't.

I've had a dream that keeps coming back for the past ten years! Its really strange, and really disturbing for some reason. In this dream, very small objects on the floor (pieces of paper or a toothpick etc...) start growing larger and larger until they are eventually larger than planet earth itself. Its very odd! The dream seems to occur most often if I have a high fever.

I think its cause girls really didn't have the good opportunity for an education like boys did back then

The girls were taught to cook, sew and junk like that

While the guys were being taught how to read and such

You think maybe thats why?

i often have a dream where i am trying to get up to walk around, but i am physically unable to get up off my knees and walk.

it's not that i don't want to, it's more like i can't in my dreams.

what does this mean? in real life, i often have problems standing up for myself, so is this related to it?

I had a dream i was sitting in this park type thing with my mom, my ex [were still friends so nothing weird about that cause we still hang out, no feelings on my part] and three scottish or irish accented guys. My mom & my ex were off to the side talking which isnt abnormal at all and i was sitting in the center with these three guys. They had just gotten done with a protest and the one guy started to specifically talk to me and get more i dont know personal and then the other one was like dude no and caught my attention and we just looked at each other for like what seemed forever and then they had to go and he said see you soon deffinatley. It confuses me because i feel like i've seen him before and it felt sooo real. I woke up and i was tired like i didn't sleep a wink, like i was wide awake the whole time.
Any ideas could be very useful?

I cant remember parts, but here it goes, as much detail as possible.
It starts in this beautiful wooded area with trees, and a little stream and all of a sudden out of nowhere these huge dogs come. They are dobermans, but all black, one male, one female, they start attcking me. Im holding on the bottom of their mouths so they cant bite, and fighting my way out of this area. Then I come to this school, it looks like my old elementary school. Its deserted. I go inside, the dogs are still chasing me and were fighting, but they arent hurting me, no blood, their just really aggressive and im scared. Im finally able to lock them in a classroom, but then I go in this room and theres a group of people i dont know. One guy accidently lets one of the dogs out but we get him back in.
I dont remeber here, it goes to a new part. Im outside the school again, and theres a bunch of my guy friends. I dont know if this matters, but they are all black, and all guys. They were people I used to be quite

My dad commited sucicide 2 wks ago. He was impulsive, he actually had his car running ready to go to work and within 3 or so minutes changed his mind. I'm 25. I can't find any support groups for kids my age dealing with the death of a parent this way. I think it was impulse but I'd like to know if any other people have experienced this and what gave them the strenght to deal. Sometimes I feel like I haven't accepted it. I'm sad, but not crying the way I feel i should. I'm having nightmares, fears of nightmares and an unrational fear of the dark. I'm also not sleeping well. I know that my dad loved me and that he knows I loved him, as well as my mother. I feel as though he "snapped". He was depressed but was the rock of the family. I cannot express the surprise in this act. I also have a young son that he adored. We're all heartbroken and trying to deal. Any help from someone in a simliar situation would be great.

Thanks.

Seriously. It's like if you cut yourself people think you are a bad person or insane or something. Even if people don't know and just think that you cut yourself, you are considered crazy and evil and emo and stuff like that. It's not right.

Hi guys i have this economics question and i just need a second opinion. "how would a federal income-tax cut affect our current economy? (Be sure to consider both negative and positive aspects of a tax cut.)"

Positive - More money for people
- would encourage business growth
- with more businesses more people employed...??

Negatives - Might cause inflation if demand exceeds supply

Thats all i can think off, i think they are all right, but can anyone tell me if they are correct and add a few more as well. I really need a couple more for the negatives.

Thanks!
