Get a small bunch of friends and go to a crowded place, ex: a mall, and then stand together in the middle and just stare up at the ceiling. Don't say anything and don't move. Just stare up at the ceiling. Have someone else record what other people do.

Go into an elevator with a small group of people and face the back of the elevator. Back in 1989 I had gone to the Empire state building while in the 9th grade we all tried this and it was a lot of fun. We had violated a social norm by facing the back of the elevator and since there was a small group we watched how the people who got on the elevator after us acted to see if they "conformed" to the group despite the abnormal behavior or if the person stuck with the socially acceptable behavior of facing the elevator door. It was a great experience. People who got on the elevator by themselves tended to act one way while those who got on the elevator with others acted in accordance with the social norm. Great fun!

Eat in a sit-down restaurant alone- particularly one with many people. Tell the waitress your parents dropped you off and will pick you up when you are done (even if you drive yourself, they wont know). That will spark some questions.
I remember when I was younger, a waitress in an Italian restaurant said "Are you here by yourself" to this older man, and she said "AWWW!" really loud. It made everyone look at him and I wanted my parents to invite him over to our table. They didnt lol.
Talking to yourself is a good idea.
Going to the the movies alone. Go late. Take note of any looks.
Slurp your food, burp. Ask a waitress where the "crapper" is.
Take a little baby cousin or baby to the store with you. Extra points if you wear a shirt with your school's name on it and it's a baby of another race. ha.

Try talking to yourself in public. Just make sure the "public" knows you well already so that you can explain afterwards and they'll understand. Make up some kind of story like your imaginary friend returned to you after he (or she or it) disappeared when you were 6. Freak them out until something serious will really happen. Like, they'll call an ambulance to pick you up. Just do it inside your home so that you can control their reactions. Do your best to convince them. Good luck! God bless! And wishing you a happy new year!

How about standing at the street where there's a lot of people passing by.Then you can point a finger to the sky and with both your eyes concerntrate on it as if there's something appear on the sky.Of course, you must show a "stunned face" in order to covince the public that there's something really "weird",maybe it is a UFO... on the sky and lure them to watch the sky with you...^^

wearing guys clothing, wearing white after labor day, wearing nothing at all (including tan lines), don't say please or thank you, walk backwards, refuse to speak when spoken to. basically, anything that you normally do, just do in an odd or unexpected way.
