Jealousy. Such an easy word. But I think your friends are envious. You have dreams and thoughts that go beyond and they are stuck in their feelings that don't go beyond their avenue of possibility.

Jealousy is basically feelings of insecurity. If there is someone in your life that is overly jealous and they prevent you from reaching goals, then this person sounds like they could potentially be harmful to you.
It might be something that you should talk about with a therapist to try to avoid a problematic situation.
