if your worried about doing something and then you dream that you are doing it and you dont feel scared about doing it at all..do you think that is just your brain telling you that you shouldn't be scared and should just go for it..or that your not actually scared of it you just think you are?

This is really hard to answer without the context.

I don't think the dream is necessarily a confirmation that you should go ahead and do whatever .... but it may be just dealing with your feelings of worry and fear. It may be just showing you that that which you feared is nothing really at all - there is nothing to fear.

If you're able to do something, but you don't do it because you're scared to, and your dream shows you being able to accomplish this thing, then you may be trying to face your fears, and offer yourself encouragement about it. Just be realistic about it, if you jump off a roof and fly in your dreams, but don't have the physical ability to do that, then, um, no, don't do that. If you want to learn how to ride a bicycle, but you're afraid to fall off of it, if you meet the physical requirements that would allow you to ride a bicycle, and have a dream that shows you can do it, then go ahead :) If you're worried about something like having to speak in public, and your fear is holding you back, and the dream offers encouragement about it, then face the fear and go for it....whatever it's about, just be realistic in assessing whether it's something you are actually able to do, if fear is the only thing standing in your way, then you are trying to encourage yourself....

It just means that the thing you have to do is occupying your waking thoughts predominantly, that's why you dream about it. It could also mean that you have scared yourself silly about this task that you didn't allow yourself the possibility to think that it might go off without a hitch. While you sleep, your uncensored mind gives itself the opportunity to think what you repress while you are awake.

Sometimes it's true. When you concentrate on one thing too much, you may receive a signal through your dream. But this is not always the case. I suggest you to just think on what you wanna do and then think is it right or not?consult any good friend and your elder ones and then go ahead by keeping faith in yourself and in God. Donot completely rely on the dreams

it means that u want to do something but u r still confused about it... in such a situation hold confidence in a close person and seek advice... then relax, take a deep breath and start to think about al the possible outcomes afresh... then tell urself that ur an intelligent person and can take good care of urself... then do what feels correct and promises to yeild better results.
p.s: always remeber dreams only represent ur moods, or events, or thoughts which you have gone through throughout the day... seek help from GOD...
