Not necessarily. People seem to make such telepathic exchanges from time to time, but it is just as likely that you were thinking about them, or they appear in a dream as a symbol, something they represent to you..........

Dreams are a contination of your waking thoughts. You dream about a person because YOU were thinking of him/her before you go to bed not the other way around.

No, it is because you want that person to be dreaming of you before you went to bed when in fact you were the one dreaming of them.

Doubtful...... Lets see.... If I dream of Mel Gibson does that mean that Mel Gibson thought of me? Hmmm... he does not even know I exist so probably not. This theory is just an old wives tale and has no scientific credence whatsoever.

doubt it. alot of those sayings follow the same structure. and whether or not that may actually happen it is probably more coincedence
