I am one my self, and I don't swim. I hate the pool, I hate water related flim.
I don't feel at home when I'm by the ocean. I do occasionally love the sight of it, but nothing more than that.
It's not true, at least not for me. So in a way, astrology cannot simply make a statement that cancers this and cancers that because that statement means all, and when there's a case where it holds untrue, the entire statement becomes untrue.

Because astrology is a pseudoscience at best, and an utter waste of time at worst.
How many 'cancers' do you know? Have you performed any studies, or are you asking this question based on your personal experience? Any primary literature that you can point to in order to back this 'fact' up?
I thought not.
This question has no place under 'sciences'.
