All these things like very very random images, thoughts, and things like that start flooding into my head and COMPLETELY BOMBARD my mind and it's a really uncomfortable thing because it makes my head feel weird(haha I know that sounds stupid!!), and when the images come in front of me, if I try to concentrate on them whatsoever, they like move into the distance and disappear, and al these things become too much at the same time and it feels like my head is going to implode!!
Phew, yeah that's it, can someone please explain why this is happening, (as it only happens when I'm going to sleep), and how to make it stop so I can get to sleep more easily!
