Did I just get my heart broken? Was it planned? Should I have sex ever again? Does he 'love' me? Was it 'just sex?' (A responding question from my last question about sleeping with my friend.)

Don't over analyze. You are feeling normal it called confusion. Did you get used? Was this planned to happen as it did. 'I will be more careful about having sex next time. Does he love me, and if he did why did this happen. Was I more trusting than i should have been. I don't know the particulars, but it appears you were betrayed by this "friend'. You opened your heart and got hurt by a friend, or some one who acted like a friend. I am sorry that you were treated this way. It is unfair ,unkind , heartless and cruel. This is the time to regroup your feelings, to patch up some rough parts. Your not someone to be treated this way. i feel a a bewilderment in your question, how will I get past this. A friend, why. take a warm bubble bath with you favorite candles.when you're relaxed get some sleep . Tomorrow is going to come and you will be better able to meet it head on. I hope this helps, take care.

Feelings are very complicated and it seems what you are describing is a lot of CONFLICTING EMOTIONS and not just one "feeling".

Feelings are especially complicated concerning matters of the HEART. If you had a sexual experience with a person that you now believe possibly used you, then you are most likely feeling:
depressed
conflicted
used
regretful
hurt
sad
resentful
taken advantage of
anger..
confused
and more...

I think we women have almost all had such a similiar experiences regarding this....
: ( I am sorry if this happened to you ....
I know those feelings... and they will go away
eventually...
: ) Chin up and try to think positively...
and don't give this guy the time of day --
he is sooo NOT worth it!
: )
: )
Good luck!
