Even more if the question involves God in some strange way (whatever God has to do here in G&WS), because that is kind of a sensitive matter. Thanks.

You're right, but you don't often see questions like the previous; it seemed that the entire forum fell over and start arguing about pedophile, that we all are sinners, Adam and Eve, etc. Strange.

Sigy: Yes! You're right about female stuff questions. Could you put a "for gals only" as once someone did? I snooped over there and I'm still regretting.

I don't know what kind of warning or what "certain questions"..?

Yes I do understand that religion is a sensitive matter to many people and I try to respect that but I think I would still have the right to ask honest questions about it.

If the question is about sex than I would try to make that known in the question. If the question is about female stuff than same thing. I might add a TMI warning.

Edit: I don't think that I ask any questions in GWS that squik out anyone. But if I post a question for example that has the word menstruation in it than I am not going to add anything. This is GWS and it is a legitimate topic and something that women deal with and I'm not forcing anyone to read my questions.

God, religion, spirituality, death, politics, women and gender studies (lol!)...are all very sensitive matters, and the level to which they are "sensitive" varies from individual to individual. Here in G & WS, as you are probably well aware, sensitive subjects are discussed very frequently, and at times, in great depth- coupled with very passionate, opposing opinions. My opinion is that it is interesting to discuss matters that some may find extremely sensitive. It gives us a look into the minds of many differing perspectives. People from many cultures post things here. It has been educational and enlightening at times to hear the views of others, particularly from places outside my own domain. I don't mind discussing politics, or "god", because it opens up my world view. I may not always feel comfortable with a particular topic, and if that's the case, I don't answer the question.

EDIT: There are some who believe that matters of spirituality or religion are connected to everything...and if this is the case, it is not at all surprising to find an occasional question or two in this forum that have these themes. I would however, be upset if our entire forum were flooded with these types of questions. The "Religion and Spirituality" forum is down the hall.

We all have different opinions and beliefs; that's a given. My take is that these questions belong elsewhere. Would you prefer to avoid questions that mention God?

The word "God" is usually included in the questions themselves, so that's warning enough.
