Does anyone know much about dreams?
Last night I had a symbolic dream of a small spider that was all black and kinda petite looking (for a spider) running across my bed while I was sitting on the end of it. I saw the spider and thought 'oh, that looks deadly' but leaned forward to get a closer look at it and I wasn't scared of it at all. Then I woke up.
Does anyone know what this could mean?

Just to clarify the spider was not running towards me but just across my bed and I was sitting on the very other side of the bed. I was not afraid or intimidated by it and it did not feel like a threat. It wasn't running away from me nor to me, it was simply just running along and it didn't seem to notice me at all.

The meaning I'm familiar with for spiders in dreams is a perceived threat. Is there something you are afraid of or anxious about? Maybe you feel like someone in real-life has the intent to scare or intimidate you?
But if you weren't scared after taking a closer look, that must mean that deep down you realize there's nothing to be afraid of, that you are strong enough to overcome the threat, etc.

Spiders in a dream are a portense of good luck unless it was a tarantula which it didn't sound like it so I would just say keep an eye out for good luck to find you. Oh and sorry to say it but Obi Wan sounds like an idiot. Except for Tarantulas ALL spiders are a symbol of some kind of good luck. If they spin a web it is a sign of money, If they are climbing it is a sign of success.

Spiders are symbolic of deception and treachery. When a spiders crawls to it's prey rather than spin a web to catch it's prey. It means there is some kind of deceit or treachery which is trying to crawl it's way to you. The color black represents wickedness. Be watchful of certain people. Sometimes the spider represents someone you know.

You feel trap in your feelings and most probably in love matters But you have learn to live with those feelings and you think they are gone but some are still there Is it possible /

the old fight or flight scenario, should i run or stay and fight your fears. fear of the unknown you allowed yourself to get close to your fear and realised it wasnt going to hurt you and they wont.
