Social Science - 5 September 2007

I have recently become VERY interested in lucid dreaming but, I have a few questions I would like some answers to just to clarify. They are as follows:

- What is actually possible in a lucid dream? I hear some saying "anything" but I wanna hear it from some others.
- How does one actually control the dream? Does the dreamer just decide that they can fly and they do? Do they just manifest a car and its there?
- Are the following possible in lucid dreams; driving, sex, swimming, eating, morphing into any another being (organic or inorganic - ie: I wanna be a snail, a tree, water, a rock, a musical note, Britney Spears), music, death of yourself or others -> coming back to life?
- Can one decide when the dream stops?
- Can one shift from one dream to another?

Thats just a start to the many questions I have. Please and thanks, in advance.

I am SO sick of people condemning those who drink &drive.First of all a lot of people do it and they don't think there is anything wrong with it until something bad happens.
Organizations like MADD want zero tolerance and to take away drivers license forever! WHY don't these stupid people get to the root of this problem? They are only looking at the issues after it happens, a first time drunk driver can kill someone just like someone who has had multiple dui's.
Look at bar parking lots, they are full & how many of these people are sitting in the bars drinking a soda, very few I would imagine. I've done it before & I'm not proud of it but once someone passes a limit people don't have enough reasoning abilities to make the right decision

These busy bodies and know-it-alls need to use their brains to come up with another solution. Condemning doesn't work and we all know it, they are judgemental and in my opinion closed minded and it's obvious they've never had problem w/ drinking.

I hate my current school and get anxiety and nervous when im around people I know. some used to bully me and backstab me when they get the chance. I was on my bed. I thought I was a wake. 4 men enetred my room. They were tall and thin. They led me out and through a long flexible tube like a vacuum hose. We went inside a circular elongated oval area. The men stood off to the side. The inside of the area was filled with electronix. The cabinetry was formed by cintrifugal force to fit the complex oval shapes. In the center was a living thing. Something like an octopus. It put a tenacle behind my head and pullled me toward it. I thought "it has been so long". I heard a voice in my mind say "yes 7000 years". My forehead touched his. I heard a whinning sound high ptiched for about 30 seconds. Then it stopped and I stepped bnack. A voice in my mind said "now you know all you need to know". That is all I remember. Since then I have made amazing discoveries concerning Jesus.

If you were a german in the year 1936, you would be under the impression that the jews were a less evovled species.
All your text books would account for this.
All your scientist would continue to proove evidnece on a daily basis confirming this, in fact its what they spent all their time doing, finding and showing more proof how jews were little more than apes, and how the ******* man was a little bit more advanced than a jew but still close to an ape.
So, with all the mountains of evidence, scientific, lifestyle, and political, your conclusion would be that yes the jewish man was an ape, he was a pathogen, infectious, and why not wish him his extermination.Seeing as this is what all the science at the time would have confirmed, how could it have not have been true?
If your work would only get funding if you include the words to proove evolution,or climate cahnge by c02, how long would it take you to proove it and defend it with every breath you had, (ask a german scientist)...

My husband believes he will die by the age of 33. It terrifies me that he really could be sensing his own death. He is 28 now.

We have a friend who died of cancer a few years ago, and he knew that he would die by age 26. Do you beleive some people have this ability.
