- Do you ever know that you're actually dreaming?
- Also, if you do know, do you take full advantage of it? As in do you try to make something appear or disappear? Do you start doing whatever you want, knowing that it's not real and that nothing can hurt you?
-Do you wake up right away after you realize that you're in your dream?
-And finally, before gong to sleep, do you ever think about a specific person ;) or a thing that you want to dream about, and does it work?

Thanks, it's a reserch that I'm doing =)

I want to wait untill marriage to have sex, however I have an insatiable sex drive. I'm driving myself insane with desire.
I'm worried that I might make a rash decision in choosing my husband, and get married too early, b/c of my uncontrollable sexual desires, or worse I might give in to the desires prematurely.
Please give me some tips on how to not be so obsessed with sex and how I could battle this out from a psychological perspective. Thanks! =)

By the way, I was thinking about writing a dirty story. I've never done it before, but was considering if that would act as a good release. Lol.

and the rest of the world, is being grandfathered into what the bible describes in revelations. It seems as if the major issues and ethical issues are becoming slowly but surely introduced into our lives in a slow drip. Will all the controversial issues, and bad decisions made by world leaders, and people, just become a norm, and spin people into a null to the world’s crisis? Its happening before our eyes, we sit and talk about it, like we are preparing ourselves for what we know will happen, and just wait day to day waiting to turn on the evening news to replenish the hope the government puts in us, along with the rest of the world. Its seems to be a book that we all read a million times, but haven’t really understood what it meant. It’s just weird to me. But, of course, what am I doing, writing out a question, that I hope strikes a few chords somewhere, ya know. Well, I'm done. Make with what you can from my rambling.

so about few weeks ago, I read in a newspaper about a boy something like 10 years old, that was kidnapped and abused buy an older guy. when the police rescued the boy and arrested the abuser, the little boy said "bye daddy" to the abuser and he wasnt his father. this boy also had so many chances to escape, but only the boy knows why he didnt escaped.

since I read this, I was thinking quite a lot about this case and now I wonder what was going on in boys mind. what do you think?

I talk to other people, but I act shy around them. Lately, I've begun thinking about how shy I DON'T want to be around people and how much less I want to start talking to myself. I don't talk to myself excessively or hold a full on conversation with myself, but with small things like if I'm watching TV by myself then i'll say little things about what's happening or if I have thoughts that I just have to vent out and have nobody to talk to then I'll talk to myself about them...
Deep down, I'm really not a shy person at all, but that's how I act around people (even people I've known practically my whole life). How do I get out of this 'shell' that I've been in for about 9 years (I'm 16) and how do I stop talking to myself as much? Thanks for all your help.

Before Y/A I used to be hooked on wikihow. Recently, the beginning of '07 I questioned if I was really being myself. I think back now on it and I was myself but in a younger version, so I couldn't go back to that. How can I re-discover who I actually am personality wise? Can someone give me an owners manual guide or something because this is really becoming an issue to me.

I have been looking on the internet about how men need women more than women need men and how a woman has so many attriubutes and strengths in her that a man does not emotionally and practically I wonder is a woman really a totally self sufficient being and that is why she is able to make a life and give more life and does a man just take life and is a totally needy character? I have had a terrible childhood and am very sick mentally and feel like an empty wreck I also believe I am not a proper woman even though I have a man I love but I feel a woman does not need love in fact she only needs to give and this is because she has everything inside her the fountain of life whereas a man is hopelssly inadequate. But I feel so much empyness in me and inadequacy I feel women are just amazing and they can do anything and need nothing because they have it all anyway. That is why a man goes after a woman to get what he hasnt got why does a women need anything

I grew up thinking that people that tried to commit suicide were somehow very different from me. I never believed suicide would be an option. I guess I was happy and couldn't imagine pain that would lead one to suicide. I don't believe in heaven or god so death seems like such a last resort to me.

Despite all this I took an overdose yesterday. I was upset about not having enough friends, and my girlfriend and I are broke up now so I've lost that foundation. Without sophie in my life I don't feel like I have much direction, and despite having two parents and sisters that love me, and 1500 dollars in the bank somehow doesn't console me.

Looking at the News and Events category... I agree with many who say that they believe there is something very odd about this whole case (ie the disappearance of poor little Madeleiene McCann), and my opinion is that there is more to it than meets the eye.

I know, however, that this is my OPINION. I know we get worked up about this case, but I find it very disturbing to see so many people shouting about "THE TRUTH" and claiming that their opinion is undisputable fact.

Does nobody else accept that no matter how suspicious we may be about events of that day, the fact of the matter is that we weren't there? We therefore do not know for certain what happened?

Why are people getting abuse for pointing out this rather important fact????

I have a curious question for all the women here. What have YOU done in the last week to help a man? Or what nice thing have you done for a man?

**NOTE**: Not a boyfriend, husband or father. What have you done for a man who is not serving you in some way?

It’s like when I buy a lotto ticket … I genuinely think I’m going to win; but rarely do. This person is notorious for creating promises they can’t keep. In doing so, I suspect they are making these promises to feel acceptance … but they always promise more than what they can do … which is only jive talk. Anyways, I always believe them and get left with empty hopes & promises … how do I stop myself from this pattern?
