PERHAPS if you were someone I KNEW and TRUSTED - but since you're just a stranger, there's NO way I would stick my neck out for you...

Now if you were one of my friends...

I would take whatever you asked me to do, and weigh the seriousness of it against the strength of our friendship. And even then, it would have to be a very DIRE situation for me to WILLINGLY break the law ;);););)

Depending on what it is, I would be more inclined to help you with something illegal than something unethical. Unless you consider breaking the law to be unethical, in which case I would help you with both.

OK - another trick question - I'm not Ms. Goody-2-shoes but I do know right from wrong. NO, the ends never justify the means. NO - there is no realistic 'gray area' between right and wrong. We either are faithful to a way of life and try always to live it or we don't. Everybody fails sometime but intentional doing a wrong thing (when you absolutely know it's wrong) is wrong.
So now that I'm finished preaching, I have to say that I've been caught in that problem many times in my life and I haven't always done the right thing but everyday I know I'm doing better and getting closer.
Anyway, I hope so.....

No, because it would mean that I am a liar and a slave of the evil deeds. Why do I have to do an act which is contrary to the voice of my conscience? Why do you want to do what is not right after all. We might just be waisting our time here on earth and also what will happen to your life if you do what is wrong. What are those years of studies learning the good things in life and at the end you just sell your soul doing the wrong deeds unworthy of being called the children of God and heirs of the kingdom of heaven?

I do not know you, so no...I don't know that I'd do either of those even for someone I knew (depends on what specifically they asked me to do) but I've no motivation to agree to do either for a stranger.
