I had 5 years of pure marital bliss before I made a huge mistake I'll most likely never forgive myself for (I didn't cheat).My husband doesn't seem to be able to get past it and has served me with divorce papers but I still love him and don't want to give up. Would you walk away without a fight from the one person who loved you and took care of you like no one ever has before and in turn give them what they want or would you sacrifice your dignity and ask for another chance one last time?Abandoning him when he needed me most was my mistake.

Feminists claim that women earn an amount of money roughly proportional to 70% of men's earnings. This figure only compares the TOTAL amount that men and women make, however, which is a biased estimate for many reasons. One, many more men than women go on to become CEOs, officials, and managers, which necessarily allow one to earn more. Two, women choose their careers differently than men do, often opting for more time off, flexible schedules, health insurance, and job security than men do. Female choice, in my opinion, is the most important factor active in the supposed wage gap, and national statistics seem to agree with me:

I'm going through a severe depression episode and it's getting in the way of getting good grades at school. I wish I can take sometime off school but I don't think I can because I have to comply with the regulations of the immigration people to maintain my status (I'm a foreign student thus I'm on a visa.) I'll also run into problems with my sponsor - I'm on a scholarship - if I wanted to take sometime off school. They would want me to go back home and I have nothing waiting for me there !!! I really want to be in school but depression is ugly !!! I'm saying this because I've been trying to finish an article I'm reading but lack of focus in killing me. I swear I could finish it in probably less than half the time it's taking me if I wasn't depressed !!!

My ex-girlfriend & I split up over a month ago.We were under a lot of stress from other things,& she finished with me because of it. Now everything's fine. The other day,we went out for a drink,& spoke for nearly 4 hours! She said she feels guilty for finishing,doesn't want2get back together,yet does want to spend time with me...and just see where the friendship goes...then she says maybe i can come over and we watch a dvd/have lunch etc on friday..i've said yes. The thing is, I want more from her,& am confused as I dont think she does from me, although she wasnt really clear! What do I do, do I still go,& is it worth me saying/trying anything? I feel like trying to kiss here lol! She says she doesnt want to lead me on!

I live in a bizarre fantasy world. No, I don't mean that I play online reality games - I seriously think I have a problem.

My mother completely stressed me out about my grades. I go to school away from home. I didn't turn in a project last quarter but my mother doesn't seem to get that the failing grade (it was JUST a point below passing) will be balanced out with my semester grade, the one that will be on my transcript. Whenever I see my mothers name calling on my cellphone I get stressed out and tense. People are amazed at how tense I am. I can't tell my mom NOT to call me because she's stressing me out because I'm a minor and I have no power. She is also an abusive parent and I hate going home because theres absolutly nothing I can do to stop anything she does. She is completely stressing me out to the point that I can't function, I am becoming depressed, and I'm actually making myself phsically sick. What should I do? My mom wouldn't accept my reasoning and even if she did she wouldn't care. Is there anything I can do? Or are there ways to help me deal with this intense stress?

have you ever thought about someone you haven't seen for ages then they get in contact with you .
I once needed to get to Birmingham Uk to buy something (before the internet) and I had a strong desire to take my spending money to work with me this day, I worked in a hospital up north and this day the boss said to me i need you to go to birmingham hospital for me today, (never happened before and never happened again to me or anyone else).when i asked him why he picked me he said that he thought of sending someone else then for some reason unknown to himself ,he changed his mind and picked me,I was not his favourite employee either.
Any views on this and i am not mad,well maybe!

i don't want a child to become dependant on medications to cope with this, unless it's a last resort. Would prefer some strategies on helping her to feel safe and maybe help her learn to manage as much as she can and then she can make her own decisions via medication when she is older. please only answer if you know what you're talking about, thanks!
