I have been dealing with financial trouble for a couple of years now and the one thing that has helped me is to make a plan. Sit down and look at your financial situation and make a plan on what you can do over a period of time to make it better. Having a plan and a goal to work for relieves some of the stress becauce you don't feel quite as hopeless or helpless anymore.
