I feel that it is kind of a trad off. Men will pretty much always achieve an orgasm during sex no matter what. Women might not alway make it, but when they do they last longer and women can have multiple orgasms. But like the answer above mine, it is definitely a learned process for many women.

I believe few women admit to having having them,or they just don't know how to achieve them yet...it is an aquired sensation,contrary to belief it is natural.
