I read a recent survey that most women have no more than 4 intimate partners their entire life. Ladies, you think that is high, low or about right? You don't have to tell any secrets (unless you want to), but do you believe its only 4?

Where do you focus your attention, is it on the looks, age, profession, career, level of compromise or the size of his shoes? Please be honest and sincere.

I have always been happy with my weight, even though I've always been a little curvy. Since I was a teenager until I was pregnant, I always weighed about 134lbs. Even after I had my baby, I quickly lost my baby weight because of breastfeeding. But now, I weigh 145. I'm 5'4". I still don't think I'm fat, but I could definently become fat if I continue. I love food. Sometimes I eat, even when I'm not hungry. And now that I'm 25 and have had a child, my metabolism just isn't what it used to be. I don't want to go on an extreme diet, I just want to lose about 11lbs. I would also like some advice on a work out that can help me lift what went south after the baby, especially my rear-end. Please be gentle, I'm a beginner and I'm used to eating like a teenage boy with no consequence.

My parents were never the type to do that and my father is mysified as to why he and I aren't close. They're also 73---born when FDR was in office. What is it with these people? No one wants to bond with anyone who doesn't accept them as a person. My father also put me down for innate disabilities. He also uses it as an excuse not to help me get a better career. I've had trouble getting training. It's not as if I haven't tried; I had, but he's usiing everyone fired due to disability as a way to leave me stuck at home. I want to be able to support myself and hope Walgreen Distribution helps next month. These people never accepted me due to disabilies. Why would I want to bond with such people? I don't care if they're blood. A bigot is a bigot.

I was going through a not very good time in my life, not horrible but just not that great.
One day I was going through my normal morning routine, sitting at the kitchen table drinking my coffee and suddenly had a physical sensation like a combination of a shiver and a vibration that moved through my body. Started at my head and moved to my toes, took about 10 seconds.
Immediately after it happened I feel very happy and confident. The only way I could put it into words at the time was to say “everything is going to be ok” as in there is just nothing worth worrying about because everything was gonna be OK.
The feeling of complete euphoria slowly wore of over the course of the day, by the end of the day I felt pretty normal but definitely felt happier and more confident about life in general for about a month or two afterwards.

Has anything like this ever happened to you?

Many older people ask me why don't I have a g-friend and I don't know how to answer, so I start to think there must be something wrong with me. I remember when I was younger from my teens to my early 20s, I had girfriend, after girlfriend (never simultaniously) and never found myself alone. Then after my longest relationship, they all disappeared. I was never conceited about my looks, but it may have spoiled me a bit. When this started it hit my self esteem in a negative way. It made me introverted and self concious. I'm 33 now and I don't look anything as I did back then. I know there's more important things than looks. What I really mean to ask is... Do we get to be in as many relationships, all the time, never being alone, no matter how long the relationship OR are we destined to be with only one right person? If it's the first, then I've been missing out on a few g-friends and whatnot. But if it's the second then I hope to find someone soon before I grow another white hair.*YIKES!*

Where do we go when we just don't know?
How do we relight the flame when it's cold?
Why do we dream when our thoughts mean nothing?
When will we learn to obey?

lyrics from a song by Godsmack "Serenity"
Just wanted some oppinions.
