Why is it when you are in a store line and the cashier finally ring up your total, you then take your money or checkbook out of your purse instead of having it ready to save time. I see so many women do this I don't get it?

i've met quite some guys that are only interested in you-know-what and so I wrote them off because I discovered that if they can't love a woman they can't even make a pleasing, dedicated lover and satisfy her emotionally, intellectually & above all...sensually.

My ex, my sons father, has a 6 year old son from a previous marriage. My ex noticed about six months ago belt marks on his son. He asked his son what had happened and he rold him that his mom had hit him with a belt and pushed his head in to the wall. I told my ex to CPS. He wouldn't. About 6 weeks after that incident, the school called CPS on the boys mom because he went to school with belt marks on his face and bottom. CPS wanted to press charges, but the mom lied and told the cops that my ex had nothing to do with their son so the cops would not arrest her. My ex will not do anything. His son who is 6 shares a room with 2 boys 14 & 15. He has since he was 2 years old. The boys are from her husbands previous relationship. My ex's son has been kicked out of 3 daycares. He was kicked out of school last year because of a sexual incident with another student. My ex' son has always been mean to my son. I don't want my son around his brother or his dad. Do you think I am being irrational?

I need to solve this criminal case for my criminology class. It is about A 65 year old man who committed murder. (The murder was not because of jealouse)
The story is as follow:The old man was servant of a woman about 43. The man was her servant since she was a little child and he loved the woman like his own daughter. On summer that they were on countryside, the woman’s son invites his friend to stay with them. The woman was very kind to his son’s friend, but the old man did not like the boy and was unhappy about woman kindness to him. One day after summer, the old man go shopping. While he was shopping he saw the young man and asked him why he did not come to their house any more. The young man answered that he could not come, but he is still in touch with the lady. And show the old man, a letter, he became so angry that he kill the young man with the hammer he has bought.Every body said the old man was gentle, and reasonable. So what was wrong with him_

Both divorced in our 40's - dating on & off since April, but have known each other for years. He found it hard to commit - we never slept with each other cause he only wanted casual sex - i broke it off in late summer - he still calls, but lately the calls are more along the lines of "I miss you", "I screwed up with you", "You are the love of my life", "I could fall in love with you". He emailed me the other day and said, "Don't be afraid". Of course the calls seem to come when he knows I am dating other men - he admitted to being jealous of a man i was recently dating. Now he has succeeded in pulling me in again, but I feel him backing away once again - he said he always wants me as a friend regardless of what happens between the two of us. I need a reality check - is this guy for real or just playing with me?

Should people with learning disabilities that offend be processed by the Criminal Justice System and held responsible for their actions, or can they not be held accountable for their actions and any aberrant behaviour should be dealt with by health care professionals and not the Criminal Justice System?
Any answers would be greatly appreciated as this is forming part of a debate on my university course.

I have a question for you well-organized people out there. What do you do when your to do list ends up with 40 or more items on it, or threatens to do so? I am thinking of a to do list that includes both some work responsibilities and many personal ones . This is more likely to come up if you keep one master "to do" list or if you let a computer or PDA keep track of your tasks. There are several approaches to this problem that I can think of, but since this is not a problem that I currently handle very well, I'd especially like to hear from those of you who feel that you are reasonably well organized and get most important things done in a timely way. What are your secrets? THANK YOU!

People don't mind other people making decisions for themselves, what to wear, whats in fashion, what to watch, what weight you should be,etc. If we don'tdo it right we always blame someone else. If we're confused we see shrinks. Isn't it about time you started taking control of your own life? Tell me your opinions I'd like to get some insight as to why people think and act this way.
