Why is it when you are in a store line and the cashier finally ring up your total, you then take your money or checkbook out of your purse instead of having it ready to save time. I see so many women do this I don't get it?

Because we want to be sure that all of our items ring up at the correct price, so we watch the cashier - we don't want to get ripped off! Too many sales, too little time!

I am often packing the groceries while the cashier is ringing them in. I also watch that things ring in at the correct price and that nothing is rung in twice. Mistakes can happen. However, I usually pay with a debit card and I usually have it ready.

I don't have a purse...I have pockets...and I have my cash or debit card ready...and I try to use the self-check-out if I can...since most people are totally out of it when it comes time to pay (both men and women)...

Hmm..not me, for sure. I always ensure I have the money out before any purchase to avoid the above-mentioned situation. I don't like it when people start rummaging through their handbags or purse, either. That will be stalling my and other's time.

I always have my money ready, or my credit card. I hate the people who insist on writing a check instead of using a debit card, they always hold up the line.

I know I don't get my things out because I pay attention to what is being rung up. Plus if I'm writing a check I need the writing thingy.

I get my stuff out early because this also bugs me. I hate waiting forever so I have my money or card ready ahead so I don't waste time.
