I believe the people who dream in black and white are the people who have the most basic outlook on life.

I don't know if I dream in color of b & w. I think I dream in color, but I rarely remember dreams. I have tried to figure out the answer to that question before, but I still don't really know for sure.

I have heard people dream in black and white but in recalling the dream, our memories actually apply the colors as they are appropriate. Considering the fact that I've had several very weird dreams over the years with things out of place or having superhuman abilities, etc, I've never had something the wrong color before like a purple cow, etc....so there may be some truth in it.
Nonetheless, I have to say I recall my dreams in color.

I usually dream in color, and the colors I dream in are considerably more vivid than the colors I see when I'm awake.
I highly doubt that the colors you dream in have anything to do with your outlook; sometimes my dreams lack color (particularly if I dream that it's nighttime), but my outlook on life remains the same. Also, people who are colorblind probably dream in a limited spectrum (I'm hypothesizing here), but that doesn't mean that they have a more basic outlook on life than people who aren't colorblind.

I can never remember what colors I dream in. Most of the times I don't even remember my dreams.

Great question! I dream in color, but everything is always blurry when I try to recall my dreams, like I didn't have my glasses on in the dream. Even when I remember the dream very well it's blurry.

I dream in both, color/ blk & wht.
I'm not sure what you mean by "basic"outlook. Positive, negative? Like photography film?

i usually dream in color. but when i have nightmares they are usually in black and white or only a couple people/things are in color... i think your idea makes a lot of sense.

Sometimes I dream color sometimes I dream in blk and white . I think it depends on my dream mood mode!
