Hi - I've read some of your questions: It does sound like things are not easy for you. And yes you do need a friend. Perhaps someone to get you out of the hardships you find yourself in.
I would advise you find a hobby,, join an evening class or something where you can develop a new interest. THis is important for meeting friends.
Basically you want more happy thoughts in your head so you have to do happy things to get to that stage.
If you are interested in self analysis and spiritual insight I'd recommend reading up on Buddhism and meditating as a way of getting your spirit back together.
Alternatively feel free to pm if you want to chat.
good luck

Whatever te reason for you feeling this way just remember there is always someone out there for you. Looking at all the replies you have received on this page it seems that the people who log on here are mostly kind caring people and alot have reached out o offer you a helping hand. Not knowing your situation I would say if you are not able to share this with those around you phone the help lines samaritans etc or ask your gp to refer yo to a counsillor. I had underlying problems a few years ago and speaking with a consillor really helped me. Hope it helps you too.

Drop me a line, through the email link on here. It sometimes helps to just talk to a stranger that has similar feelings, then you won't be judged. When I was in Group Therapy I found it really good to talk to others without being judged as people understood more and had more empathy with you.
Alternatively, if you are in the UK you could ring Samaritans.

If you're not on the absolute brink of doom, you could talk to a therapist. If you can't wait that long, you could try a helpline. Random strangers at bus stops tend to be much less receptive than Forrest Gump might lead you to believe. I recommend a confidential helpline. Sorry, I don't have any specific numbers up my sleeve, but the phonebook might.

Hey, what's up? Maybe you could talk to your friends, family, or church... really kinda depends on what's going on. You can talk to me if ya feel like it. I'm been through a lot of junk to get to where I am.

as i said in one of your other questions, i know what you mean and maybe we can help eachother...lol e-mail if you want. honestly i mean it...i wouldn't mind having someone to talk to either, not that my "problems" could ever compare to your situation (ive read your previous questions), i really think you sound like a genuinely good person.
