Taking care of yourself is the most important like what u eat affects your skin hair n nails .No matter what u do u can't stop the ageing part and the changes of your skin but u can do things to stop it from happening so fast n like I said taking care of u is number 1.Good luck n hope u find what u need.Go to a health food n herbal place cuz they have natural remedies for people that really do work n the reason that doctors aren't aloud to recommend is cuz the government would lose soooooo much money if people went to natural over the things they provide on the shelves in stores or what doctors prescribe.Chow n have a great weekend.

Take care of yourself first and foremost, don't overwork, get enough sleep (you could never get enough of this), eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner and keep it in moderation. Too little or too much of one thing is not good, varieties is better.
If possible try to live at peace with everyone, forgive and forget. Don't worry about tomorrow, don't hold on to the past, live in the here and now. Learn new things everyday. Do something nice, make somone feel good about themselves, learn something new.
What you don't use you lose. So speaking of anti-aging I'm assuming alertness at such an age, which is to put those muscles to work whether it be brain, arm, abs, whatever. Keep yourself active and going all the time, there's so much to be done, so put those body to work.

I just read in Newsweek about a new drug called retroval, or something like that, which when given to lab mice ceased the aging process, even though that mouse was on a high-fat diet. The article said it's available over the counter, but is not yet approved by the FDA. Apparently, it reverses the aging of the vital organs (liver and such). I was thinking of trying it myself, by then I thought, what happens when you stop taking it, do you age super quickly after that?

Sunscreen is probably the number one way to preserve your skin and look younger. Never coat your body in oil and lay out in the sun! Cleansing habits are important as well, and a good moisturizer is very necessary to fight signs of aging.

The secret to staying young is not to complain about getting older or blaming laziness on your age. People who trust themselves don't become raisins.

It's really not worth it!
Preventing puberty from taking place at all slows down the ageing process enormously. But who wants to live that way?

Keep your mind and body active. Keep informed of current events, and the latest trends. Go places where both the young and older attend. Read, write, see movies, watch TV, listen to music. Go on trips/day trips, go camping, eat healthily and get enough fresh air and exercise. See your doctor often, to catch something while it is small enough to get rid of easily.
