Kinda my new years resolution but i have been trying fairly unsuccessfully since november. It may have something to do with my family and friends being from inner city N.Y.,Cursing is kinda embedded in my vocab. Its not classy, i need to stop. i sound uneducated. any suggestions?

p.s. i have recruited my boyfriend on this campaign and we have tried giving each other money but he just owes me some astronomical amount.

What percentages do you think are from increased computerization and/or automation, innovative accounting practices, improved logistics (shipping, inventory control, etc.,) or increased coercion of salaried workers to work unpaid overtime and forfiet allotted vacation/holiday time?

(coercion may be overt, i.e. threaten loss of job, or indirect, i.e. threaten advancement)

Speculation on any other factors in US worker productivity would be welcome.

If we are honest isn't everyone a racist? This was the theme of the movie "CRASH". You have the village idiot that runs about using racial slurs and his racism is obvious. Do civilized people have racial bias which manifests itself in other ways. example: Not sitting next to someone on the subway because he or she is of another race?
