The reaper is death and this is something everyone has to face. It is the big sleep and this is part of life. To fear, no, to like to avoid as long as possible, Yes.

I think that if you are good in life then the "reaper" will be attractive.which will inspire no fear. If you are mean and nasty then the "reaper" will be horrific. Inspiring fear.
I'm not scared of the reaper. I tried everyday to be good and kind.

I believe that when it is your time to go, you aren't visited by the reaper, but by loved one's who have already passed and are waiting for you. There are many books written on this subject. It is known that people who have died slow deaths such as in cancer almost always tend to see and talk to the people on the other side. Even those they do not know have already passed. 2 days before my father passed away, he was asked to join 2 men he worked with for years. One he knew was dead, the other he thought was still living. My mother didn't want hm to know they were both gone. One had died a few weeks before this. When it was her time, she said her brother and sister had visited her, she had forgotten that they had passed away. One years ago, and one months before. Yet she knew some of her other siblings had passed and they hadn't visited her either, not unless it was after she was no longer able to tell us anything.
I worked in a nursing home, and believe me this is common not only with cancer patients but many others. They will tell you they are going home or are going on a trip, and within a week or mintues they are gone.

I don't fear the reaper because Jesus defeated death and the grave and is preparing a place for those who follow Him.

Death, you mean? No, I don't fear death, because I have a Hope, His Name is Jesus...
He defeated death and its power over me... I am and will be alive in Him for eternity.

No, I don't. This is because I see myself as a Christian & know that when I die & JESUS returns, I'll be with HIM FOREVER!!! This world is only temporary; there will be a NEW HEAVEN & NEW EARTH someday that ALL GOD's CHILDREN will INHERIT & INHABIT!!!
