OK this is a bit general but isn't meant to be rude or critical, so don't take offence girls =)

You look down any busy town centre and all the girls are wearing the same thing: Boot cut hipsters with massive belts, blouses and T-Shirts are at navel level, tiny cardigans (I honestly think someone was taking the mick there) with long sleeves, and carefuly straightened hair.

And, of course, this has always happened!

Now I know that boys follow fashions too, but not in quite the same way - or am I wrong?

Is there some sort of genetic, mental or social thing that makes women want to look like each other? And if there are men reading this, do you expect a girl to be dressed fashionably? Would you be upset, for example, if your girlfriend dressed strikingly different.

And, finaly, girls - do you dress for other women or for men? I've always thought the former, myself.

I am a first year student (college). I am from Quezon City I decided to study hre in Cebu. This place was very strange during my first two months even when I already have friends. One day, I could freshly remember, it was our nstp session, the debating team of our school conducted the whole session by a debate, of course. When it was already going on, I felt so bored, feeling sleepy. But, there was this one member who have caught my attention. I've already been interested when I heard her voice. And, oh, she's a very charming lady. And eversince that day, I've never forgotten her face. I was attracted to her. But, the problem is she's already 2nd yr. I could only see her twice to thrice a week. And everytime we meet, she's always with her friends so I could not have the opportunity to talk to her. I could hardly sleep since the day I met her. Do you think I'm in love with her? Please, I need your help. Shall I start courting her? But, how?

i just hate it: why are we created in such a way that looks have to matter. why isn't it all about the inner beauty.

please don't write about the inner beauty taking the lead. Sure, you can immediately start to dislike someone even if they look great but appear arrogant, self-centred, etc...but the inner beauty unfortunately isn't enough all the time.
