Draw a small dot like circle coloured blue on a white wall . concentrate on the cirlce for about 4 minutes everyday . It will help you concentrate in your life. Keep repeating to yorself i can do it . And a positive attitude will emerge in you makling you fell happy and full of energy.god bless u my friend

It is under the couch! Forgetfullness is related to stress. Everyone gets it and the more stressed you are the worse it gets.

See all you have to do is don't take stress.Don't think of anything that gives you stress.Just be happy.just keep youre mind busy in doing something good like reading,listening to music,etc. so that u forget all ur stress.If theres no problem of loosing cable then its ok just keep going and if its there at home im sure u'll get it automatically when u search something else and remember do not take much of tension that will reduce ur capability of remembering.

Agree with Mary, and also why you are so worried, it is a simple thing, you have to think that there are people with real hard problems in life, my husband was suffering of bad memory and he went to the doctor and now with some medicines he is doing better.
