I'm actually making a report about perspection, anyway frame of reference is a system of related categories in terms of which judgements are made

People don't make good decisions in anger or frustration,I use perspective to get me through hard times.

every one has a different perception on different situation adn regarding what is right, wrong, difficult, easy...etc.

The perception to something depends how the person is experience in that field and circumstances they have been under. For example a poor person might say that money is everything and a rich person might say money is not every thing. Both have different perception because both are under different circumstances and live life differently.

Your attitude on life is something you build up from experience. Some people are confident cuz positive things happed for them and so their attitude is different to those who have low self esteem adn aren't confident...
