It's called astral projection/astral travel. It's an amazing thing. Don't take it for granted. Eventually you can learn to travel to other places.

Flying dream often means there is something you feel good in the day time. Seeing yourself flying and not being scared is no excpetion. That means you feel of freedom, free from control. You probably have good day that day. That is why you dreamed of flying.

Not sure buy if I could fly in my dreams, I wouldnt waste time watching myself sleeping. Go for a ride....or flight. See what else you can see next time it happens...

Try masturbating just before going to bed, or even better having sex with your girlfriend. You also might consider talking to her about it. Plus there is a very small chance of her actually getting pregnant from this even if she is naked. What I would do is just talk to her and explain, unless you are embarrassed to do it.
