As much as I have always loved and been attracted to snakes, I find that so many more people are repusled by them or scared of them. Is it fear or disgust? I don't understand. Or anyone else like them, too?

The internet allows for anyone to put anything they want out about anyone, even if it's false and defamatory. Flaming and chatroom anger is one thing, but putting up a website that comes up high on the list when people search your name or church group is another. This can adversely affect relationships and other intangibles without legal "damages" which is what's needed if one wants to persue it legally. All invitations to constructively communicate and ameliorate whatever their proble is have been refused. Clearly, they have more to gain by continuing such activity. My theory is their fantasy world allows them to deny reality so they don't have to be conflicted by it. Whatever. My Dad used to say if you lie down with dogs, you come up with fleas, so I really don't want to sink to their level, so I've tried "shining with a brighter light" but most people are not interested in the truth. Gossip is juicier. So how would you handle this? It's gone on for several years & is wearing me out.

Is there any other way to measure Velocity of money besides using the following formula?
Velocity of money = GDP/Money in circulation

This formula does not make much sense to me. If Money in circulation is constant and GDP does not increase, then Velocity would be constant. But i can imagine hyperinflationary periods were people do not want to hold the money and do exchange it quickly for goods (increasing velocity of money) without GDP increasing (or money in circulation decreasing).

During the Weimar hyperinflation GDP did not increase significantly and money in circulation was always increasing (even printing bank notes only in one side, hiring private printing companies), nevertheless velocity of money was increasing quickly.

So, who has the answer to this "Conundrum"?

Some women like being tickled....some don't. But ladies were you ever restrained against your "will" (and will is in parenthesis because there's a big difference between what I'm speaking of and out-and-out 'forceable restraint')and tickled to the point that you didn't like it at first, but after a while, it became erotic? If so, please elaborate.

and is it good or bad?In the days of old, people talked to their neighbors more.Over the fence in the back yard,on the patio in the evenings. It took so long to travel anywhere, once you got there, you made the most of it.Here on the prarie,it would take a whole day to get groceries for the month!you knew the butcher, the baker, ect~REAL people.then came radio, and gas powered cars,TV,planes, and finally the internet, which connects us instantly to people around the world in different cultures and communities. Many people are very absorbed with the "idiot box" as TV was once called, and many more with the 'net.some spend hours and hours online ,inside, alone, yet with hundereds of other people with which they interact through cyberspace.Does this fulfill the basic human need of companionship, friendship, love?Sure you probably know your neighbor next door, but how about the next one,or those a block away.In the old days, you would. But then, you wouldn't know instantly, about events from across the worl

There's almost one year they moved in and since the first day they drove me crazy. The child runs and jumps all the time, all day long, they drop things, havy ones, they walk like animals. I tryed to talk with them, they were rude. I asked the landlord many times to talk to them, I called the police but they can do nothing about walking havy. The landlord is doing nothing. Cannot afford to move out and I do like my place.I've been here for eight years. By law, how can I get the landlord to do what he has to? Can I pay rent in court till he solves the problem? Can I sue him for renting the apto. upstairs to people with a child? Or, by law, what can I do. Instead of helping me, the landlord quit picking up my calls and is ignoring me. I never before complained about anything. Besides the noise, every time they take a shower or bath, the water cames down on my bathroom, in my towels, bathtub and toilet seat. Literaly my bathroom pees on me. There's a hole in the ceiling covered with mold

The reason im asking this question is because my friend went up to a girl the other night and her "Hey you want to **** out back" and she was like yeah and so they did. Ive always been shy and normally would try to impress women with my mind. Sadly his approach seems to work way better than mine. What gives?
