I have had a few tickling encounters with restrained ladies where things became erotic but they were never restrained and tickled against their will.
Anytime I engage in a tickling encounter with a woman, it is consensual and there is a strong trust and respect in place. They know that I will always respect their feelings and their limits and never take advantage of them and I know that they will do the same for me when they tickle me.
Under those circumstances, it can be very erotic and pleasurable!

I know that my partner is very ticklish, and she does not particularly like it. But on more than one occasion has my tickling and teasing led to very passionate S*X. I think its the timing as well as the location which adds spice. The surprise element leads to the 'erotic' feeling eventually. But do be careful, as if it can be painful if overdone
