Hi All
This year we seem, here in SW Ireland, to have been plagued by loads more flies than usual. Flies of all types, large and small! But a lot of them left patches of black speckles on things (lampshades, windowsills, floor, ceiling, you name it!). I take it this is them sicking up; anyone have any knowledge of this phenomena? Is it some kind of regurgitation? Or is it faeces. It's really tarry, if it dries hard is difficult to get off.
I'd love some proper David Attenborough info on this!
Thanks in advance.
