There aren't any truly land animals in Antarctica. All of them are at least partly dependent upon living in the water as well. The emperor penguin is a good candidate in that they spend most of their time on land, only going into the water for extended periods of time in order to feed. The seals that live around there are probably larger than the penguins but they only go onto land in order to breed, spending most of their time in the water. There are no polar bears in the antarctic. There are no caribou. Just penguins and seals.
